Listening to Amanda Palmer talk about Neil Gaiman and how they met and began to be in each other's lives has put the most ridiculous smile on my face today. I love them.
My boyfriend got a very high mark in one of his essays. Woo!
Also, term starts again on Monday. I honestly can't wait for it to start over again.
Everyone I know complains about facebook and social media and how it's trout and ner ner ner. I have a smurfing awesome time on social media and facebook. I cried myself laughing for an hour tonight in the most ridiculous conversation ever with my sister and balzac over facebook.
I honestly don't get the hate, I have a great time on social media.

I received an impromptu email today from somebody requesting my work and they're going to pay me to do some editing. I haven't been contacted out of the blue to do freelance stuff before! Exciting!

Yah it's the fact that grandmas and whatnot or coworkers who bother you about it pressure you into adding them then throw fits about what you post.

Apparently, I have been declared banished.
Jay's Birthday is today/yesterday (he said "technically it's my birthday cuz I was born in the Philippines and it's already the 14th there" lol) ..
I surprised him with a big Filipino dinner!
I didn't get to make banqaque or the pan de sal, but I'm making them right now.
I did, however, make pancit de mola, beef guisado, lumpia, and a homemade tres leches cake complete with whipped cream I made myself.
He actually cried over it all.
I didn't expect that reaction from him.
But I'm so glad he loved it all. I'm absolutely the luckiest girl ever.

I just submitted my first academic paper for the quarter, and it uses the term "edczxcvbnm" in it several times.
I've had 5 lambs born in the last 36 hours!
A guy I used to go to school with was discussing religion with people of different views. Everyone was respectful, acknowledged the points of the others, and it basically ended with all of them agreeing with the beauty that is everyone being allowed to believe in what they choose.
It was nice to see. If only it happened like that more often
