I've been quite poor about organization in my room lately. I've let my art supplies turn into a mountain in front of my closet and since I got back from Portland, I've just thrust my bags and clothes there as well, not wanting to deal with putting things away. Did some major hardcore cleaning and purging tonight, though, and have just a little bit left to finish tomorrow.
It feels nice and refreshing, and I finally have a space for meditation again and to try yoga again. I've overstressed myself to maximum capacity lately and my body is suffering from it. When I initially attempted meditation over the summer, the results I felt from practicing were so rewarding, so I am excited to get back to that level of relaxation.
