I had like, the greatest day ever. Despite it being only 27 F (-2 C) out this morning, the pup and I went to the beach for an hour or so and drove around for another hour or so. And then I spent all afternoon in a few different second hand book stores buying too many books. What am I saying. That isn't a thing.
It was great.

Had a very relaxing day. Felt good about stuff I did at work, which was technically today since it was past midnight in my time zone. Hopefully my actions will enable a more relaxing day at work tonight! Either way, I'm pretty happy with myself today!
Got my laptop today! It's everything I expected it to be!
I managed to finish a new fan art for Child of Light without having my laptop freezing and it turned out wonderful. I feel so accomplished.
Just had a good day. Nothing stands out, but I basically woke up feeling very refreshed. Played some more Majora's Mask and cleared the 2nd major dungeon, which is something I really wanted to get done today! Also beat the phone version of Dragon Quest. I was very satisfied with it, so I bought the second one.
Some rescued battery chickens have been taken to a little chicken sanctuary that just opened up near us. I got a message on Facebook saying I can go pick one up on Monday. I've been wanting a new chook for a while now and I'm pleased to be helping to give a new lease of life to one of those little soldiers.

It's basically a Premium Group with extra features that we can customize. Like for example we can change the classes of our members, so we could call our regular members SeeD Cadets if we wanted to. It should also help us get more members since our group will get highlighted in the groups directory of dA.

Got a new (to me) truck today!
2006 Chevy Silverado regular cab. I'm excited, it's the first time I haven't had to have a co-signer. I really wanted a Ford but, they're just way out of my monthly budget. The Ford I was looking at was $7000 more for 1 year newer O_o And, I get to keep my little Carolla! They didn't deem it valuable enough to bother trading it in lol. I may keep it as a second car for long trips or just sell it cheap to someone this summer. It'd make a great first car for someone.
