I feel like i'm rambley hilarious today. I'm actually getting laughs from people at work. The check out lady at the store didn't laugh but she looked like she hated her life. I thought I should offer to share my cookies with her buuuut thought that may be awkward.
Been playing Illusion of Gaia for the first time. Got stuck on a boss (well, two of them at once) a couple of days ago. Picked it back up today and I figured out a way to annihilate said boss and made a lot of progress today. This was a game that I knew about forever (Nintendo Power covered the HELL out of it back in the day), and I've seen a couple of friends play bits and pieces of it in recent years. I'm kicking myself for not playing it until now, but in a way I am glad I am playing it for the first time. I feel like I am playing a fresh SNES game even though I know the game is 21 years old, and I forgot how wonderful that feeling is.
I just beat the first boss like yesterday
Keep at it. The bosses can seem hard at first, but once you get it down you'll find yourself owning them in no time. The game keeps on getting better and better. Only problem I have with it is that the dialogue seems a bit rushed, but that can be forgiven considering the year the game came out. Plus, translations weren't consistently top notch at the time. The game is easy to understand and follow, but sometimes scenes go at a break neck pace!Originally Posted by Pumpkin

I don't think there's any community out there that's as passionate about their thing as the Key community. They legitimately make me appreciate Key games even more than I already do.

Not just yet! 11 weeks to go til due date. But I am so looking forward to not having work stress and sitting on tiny chairs at tiny desks all day and looking after tiny people! Bit of me time before the baby comes
You can leave up to 11 weeks before your due date and seeing as I've had so many pregnancy problems and my job is very demanding in all senses,I'm taking full advantage!
That is really sucky!! I can take up to a year off. It'll be tough financially but i'm hoping to take full advantage and take the year as I want to cherish as much time as I can with him!

I get to have my daughter for longer than originally planned! 5 weeks instead of just 4!
And she aske. Me the other day when we were FaceTiming if I could teach her how to cook her favorite meals and treats that I make her. That realllllly made my day
