We have a fluffy and white new kitten. His name is waffles. We will be eating waffles for supper in his honour.

Looking round the shops for house stuff after Bubba and I had an offer accepted on our first house on Fri eve! Eeek!!!

I completed NaNoWriMo!! First ever time participating!!! So happy!!

My novel is only about 1/10th done though, so I still have to keep at it

Had a great Thanksgiving dinner with friends.
I also finally got around to getting rid of the adware virus I downloaded. So that is good.

I managed to get a 50 inch tv at walmart during black friday without having to fight anyone at all. Not bad for my first black friday.

Bought Christmas decorations yesterday! And we're getting a tree!

Also had lunch @ Red Lobster & left like 40% tip. Felt great being able to make someone else's day a little better.

Just put up my Christmas tree today and spent a couple of hours decorating it! Was so much fun!

Don't be, not only was it my first time, but it was also the first time we were open since Thanksgiving - much too much work for just two people to do! If I'm ever running it on a normal day, I'll be able to light the fireplace, water the plants, admire the stained glass dinosaurs, and actually spend quality time assisting patrons! That will truly be a good day.

It's unlikely, but any shift I work in that position comes with a pay increase/physical labour decrease, so I'll take it!
