Yesterday I tried a new workout since I've started eating better and exercising. I was a bit disappointed, because I could physically only get through half of it; I seriously overestimated my abilities and how ready for it I was. I ended up not feeling like I got a very good workout.
This morning my thighs are hurting so bad I can hardly sit down on the toilet. Sure, they're painful, but they're GOOD painful.
