I had a great day of lectures. Every Monday is pretty rough, I have a 9:00-18:00 day, so it's a pretty long day of just learning heavy materials, but I had great fun. My class are quite lively and we all get along, it was great spending time with them.

Had a good rest last night. Also, played me some Chrono Trigger, which always makes me happy!
Also, people I follow online made a respectful nod towards another online dude I follow. Long story short, it has been theorized that two hosts of a Let's Play channel (Game Grumps) had a falling out when one of them left to do his own thing (this was back in 2013). Recently, it seems they have patched things up. Personally, I felt the split actually worked out for all parties involved since the show continued on successfully with the then new co-host and how the one who left ended up making even more killer videos on his own channel.
Basically, I rolled with what happened with the supposed falling out (other fans seriously obsessed over it to a very unhealthy degree). However, I admit that there was a very weird tension felt that kind of put a whole damper on things. So, it is nice to see that whatever happened has passed, and people are all cool with each other. The tension was deflating rapidly, but now it seemed to all but disappeared, and this will hopefully quiet the more...enthusiastic fans (that honestly make me hesitant to talk about stuff like this because I don't want to be associated with how crazy they can be).
I guess the best analogy on why this makes me happy is it reminds me when a band you care about smooths things over with each other. It doesn't affect your life one way or the other, but it is cool to see that content creators you enjoy can get along once again.
I got a twitter account literally just to send a message to Mark Little and MARK LITTLE REPLIED TO ME and now I'll probably never use Twitter again

Made a nice meal for myself. Then I played through a good chunk of Chrono Trigger! Also, I did myself a favor yesterday by getting a lot done at work, so today felt even more relaxing than it usually would have on an off day like this!
Thanks to me being awesome I was able to set up and pay for my bf to come with me to Cali to look for work. And thanks to him being awesome he was offered a position at a company that did effects for movies like Gravity. It's a 4 week program. :3
I won the bid for the laptop I was looking at on ebay. I'm very excited. I'm now the proud owner of a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon!
More Chrono Trigger makes me happy. Been changing it up this time by having characters I don't usually put in certain sequences in the party. Also, took care of more business today, and helped out the family some with errands.

I am currently being paid to write about cats.
I paid a nice little chunk of my student loans today. Well, I tried at least. I'll have to wait to see if it processes to make sure the transaction is successful. I still have a lot left, but this is to go towards a goal of getting it completely paid off by summer of next year.
Took care of some tax business, and I'll be getting enough back to make other business aspects of my life that much easier!
Also, played some more Chrono Trigger and my whole immediate family was over at my parent's house today. I had one of those moments where I realized how much time has passed while looking at my father, mother, and sister. I feel very lucky and fortunate to have a family like the one I am in.
The stupid dick in the band has been fired.
Tonight we sounded like a band, goddamnit.
