I just got mad as well as amused as one of the very popular FF speedrunners on twitch was trying to make a fool out of me not accepting that Kefka and Kain in japanese are Cefca and Kain because he did not understand that even "Ke-fu-ka" and "Ka-i-n" have their writing in our letters even in Japan. He like completely ignored it by acting like "Ce" and "Ca" are never pronounced as "K" as well as like Japanese people have no "c" - which in a way is true but they very well imitate all sounds our letters can make, and I am sorry but in this context, they very well have the c, it being depending on the word, a "se" or a "ke" or whatever katakana is used for which word.
