If you can afford it, I recommend seeing a hygienist regularly too. It makes it a bit pricey (£50 for that and the check up) and you will lose a lot of blood, but oh man does it ever sort your teeth the smurf out.

I have gorgeous bouncy flooooooofy hair!

My hairdresser today did my roots, balayaged my hair, cut it, and gave me a blowout. I felt like I was getting the full VIP treatment!

I was there for 3 hours! I love what she did, she barely took any length off but it's so bouncy nowwwwwwwww like yasssss my hair is giving me serious life right now!
