I tend to get side-tracked in my free time rather than during work. This probably wouldn't be a big problem except that I feel I should be making better use of my free time, but sometimes it's easy to think 'oh, I'll just play X/read Y/watch Z' and then find an hour has passed and you're still doing X/Y/Z because what was originally a short activity has become much longer.
