FFX|X-2 Game Trailers preview!

Gametrailers.com got an exclusive look at the new HD Remaster of Final Fantasy X and X-2. It gives us an idea of the English release of the game and how the new update looks and works. Check it out!

Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster will be release March 18th 2014 for NA and March 21st 2014 for EU on the Vita and PS3. The game itself will have remastered audio and visuals as well scenes that were never before heard in English. There is also a new audio drama added in to the end that could lead to the teased Final fantasy X-3. If you're hyped about that, check out our FF X-3 Hype thread.

This seems pretty unnecessary to me. Like Shaibana said, maybe it was just the video, but the changes laid out don't seem significant enough to warrant a new, $40 purchase. Granted, I can see how it would be worth it under certain circumstance (someone who doesn't have a copy of either game/doesn't have their PS2 any more, etc.). I'm going to pass on this one, though.

thats exactly why im going to buy it. i got stuck somewhere and never got the oppertunity to finish it becaus i sold my ps2 to get a ps3.
but i agree, 40 bucks for a HD-remake of an old game is a bit much (though that doesnt keep me from buying it xD )

Three games for $40 isn't so terrible. Or two and a half? I get the feeling Last Mission is a short one. And if you're in the US a lot of the FFX content is new. Dark Aeons, yay :v

Well, just remember that if you buy it for 40 bucks, you can't say it wasn't worth 40 for you. If it wasn't worth 40, you wouldn't have bought it.

The thought of a new soundtrack concerns me with how much Square has been dropping the ball when it came to VII and VIII's soundtracks on Steam. The HD has never been the reason I was interested in getting it, so that doesn't bother me much. I mainly want it for the additional content that wasn't released in the original US release of the game. The bonus material being advertised here is just gravy. But I will be waiting for a price drop because I'm a cheap mofo.

Looks good. Really can't wait for this to come out. Haven't played this game since 2007.
