Proud to be the Unofficial Secret Illegal Enforcer of Eyes on Final Fantasy!

My favorite RPG is the best game ever made, Chrono Trigger.
My friend Delzethin is currently running a GoFundMe account to pay for some extended medical troubles he's had. He's had chronic issues and lifetime troubles that have really crippled his career opportunities, and he's trying to get enough funding to get back to a stable medical situation. If you like his content, please support his GoFundMe, or even just contribute to his Patreon.
He can really use a hand with this, and any support you can offer is appreciated.
Chrono Trigger. It is fun, creative, short and has an great soundtrack. It really is one of those rare gems where everything came together in just the right way. This is one of those games that we always wanted a sequel to and when we got it, it was good and different but now in my later years, I actually really respect square for not going back and trying to force another sequel...although this might actually be for financial reasons but I don't think so as they had the name Chrono Break/Brake and ultimately never did anything with it.
I think too often in games we want more of a good experience thus we want a sequel when some works should just stand on their own.
Is Pokemon Red a RPG?
smurf, I just made the mistake of asking "Is there a Gothic 4?", there goes my entire weekend
I'll be the first boring answer: Final Fantasy IV. That's also my favorite game of all time. However, Chrono Trigger would be a very close second. Basically, I rub those games all over my chest with oil, like most normal people do. Almost made a YouTube series out of it, but I couldn't find the right soundtrack for the vids that I wanted.
Planescape: Torment as of right now. The plot and storyline is excellent, and the game hits heavy themes and concepts unlike any other game that has been made before or since. The combat isn't common or especially engaging, but the intelligence of the script, emotional resonance of the storyline, and the sheer magnitude and ambition of the game is just immense and should not be ignored.
All time probably Final Fantasy VII for its fluid combat, original amalgamation of art styles, overall pacing of the story and some of my favorite music.
The best I played in the last few years was the remake/re-imagining of Tactics Ogre. It's Final Fantasy Tactics 2.
I was being serious. That's my favorite RPG of all time. The rest of the top 5 is, in no particular order: Gothic 1, Dragon Quest either 4 or 5, FF6, and CT.
Final Fantasy VIII, followed closely by Fallout New Vegas.
I have to pick one?
