Leftover pizza from last night.

Steak, crescent roll, and a mixed green salad with goat cheese, strawberries, blueberries, and a vinaigrette with chili oil, red wine vinegar, and salt and pepper.

I was gonna do blanched and sauteed green beans, but we had a lot going on so I didn't have time. Parker loved the steak, at least. She wanted to like the salad, but the dressing I made was too spicy for her. She only ate one bite.

Also, I am universally jealous of every single meal Pheesh and Fury have. When I go to visit my sister in New Zealand, I am gonna fly over to Oz and demand food from them.

Also, Pheesh and Fury sound like a pair of cartoon-animal crime fighters.

Bacon, hashbrowns, multigrain toast with peanut butter and some yogurt. I really should eat more, but I always have difficulty motivating myself to cook.

I had sea salted caramel gelatto .. And I added a bit of hot fudge and crushed pretzel to it.. lol...

And a blt with thick cut pepper bacon, avocado, heirloom tomato, red onion, romaine lettuce, and a chipotle-lime mayo on multi-grain bread.

Annnnd I made a fire roasted tomato salsa and guacamole ! I got these really yummy all natural thin tortilla chips that're salt-free.

I'm making tacos today. I have a nice big lump of pork slow cooking in some spice and garlic, ready for crunchy tacos later! Deliiiicious!
