    I have a colonoscopic examination scheduled this Friday, so today I am only eating yoghurts, cream cheese, and so on. It could have been worse, I think.

    Made the most divine potato, Brussels sprouts, and pecorino hash. I could have eaten so much more. Had it topped with breaded cod! Happy happy tummy!

    I ate: a small cheescake, 2 small cake slices, a salmon, potato and veg dinner, 2 heated buns with melted butter and jam. im still up, so i still could eat something tasty and comforting
