You know actually doing that stupid laugh can be pretty refreshing. I watched that clip of Big Bang Theory dubbed with that laugh instead of the laugh track and I think it improved the show by a factor of 2. But seriously I find Tidus to be a wonderful character because he suggests some of the simple things in life that can be very positive: screaming at the top of my lungs in a Buddhist temple is a great way to feel the calm wash over you.
