For me it was the Gremlins followed by the Niblets.
I keep a running tally of every monster I kill. I know how many of each I need to kill in order to get to the last one. The only one that is impossible to make go extinct before day 13/14 is the Meonekton. But I kill everything I run across. Usually by day 9-10 almost everything is extinct.
