I don't actually know, there is HP lore that essentially says that a patronus can be modeled after the person's that you love, I'm quite sure my gf's would be a shark so maybe that, but if it was not based on her's I'd say mine would be husky puppy or a sea otter.

My husband's would be a turtle, so mine would either be the gryphon i mentioned or a turtle
