Family members always want what is best for you while being self-serving. I mean, once you die, who gets the crown, eh?

My nation is running smoothly, with nothing terribly out of whack. I do love reading what happens after implementing new policies and laws.

EoFF is cracking me up. Top five percent for shortest lifespans. Why? Maybe it is something to do with the planes falling out of the sky on tourists? Maybe cancer contributes to almost half of all deaths in the nation?

What do you need to boot the others? I am sure we could talk some of our other lovely nations to hop into the Collective and help mass-vote or whatever you need to do. Let us know.

I'm in the top 10% of the world for highest drug use. Feels good, especially when I saw a Conservative party ad today that tried to convince people that the Liberals wanting to legalize marijuana is the same thing as it becoming more accessible to kids. God damn fear mongers.

I am now a 'Father Knows Best State'. After being an Iron Fist Socialist and a Corrupt Dictatorship. And my army is comprised of toddlers that were abandoned on church steps as babies.

That's the best kind of recruiting.

Kalevalastan is now categorized as an "Anarchy," with "World Benchmark" Civil Rights, a "Very Strong" Economy, and "Superb" Political Freedoms.

The Free Land of Kalevalastan is a large, genial nation, renowned for its irreverence towards religion. Its compassionate, hard-working, intelligent population of 56 million live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.

The minute, liberal, pro-business government, or what there is of one, juggles the competing demands of Education, Commerce, and Social Welfare. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 7%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Woodchip Exports, Soda Sales, and Uranium Mining industries.

The roads are notorious throughout the region for their peril, the government is pursuing a new programme aimed at promoting cultural sophistication, goose owners exercise their pets at a snail's pace or risk a court appearance, and the government is outsourcing itself. Crime is pervasive, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Kalevalastan's national animal is the goose, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the rock.

The game might measure civil rights, political freedom, and economy as the big three important factors, but they are not the only metrics in the game, and increasing one is not to the detriment of another. The issues you tackle affect your nation in large variety of ways, from Authoritarianism to Youth Rebelliousness, and while some things are give and take, some issues just straight up affect one thing (I imagine; I do not have a GameFAQ for this). So you can have a strong economy with great civil and political liberties. You can get there if that is what you want, but if you look at my Trend graph, you can see it can be a journey.

All of this sounds horrible. I am glad to see someone do something other than I would, because it is cool to see how another might envision a world.

Welcome aboard, Kalevala. I got all these rocks and I was wondering where I trade them in for real money?
