No Man's Wharf completed and have entered La Bastille, which is damned impressive. These environments, man. I've already entered it before via the eagle, but I'll be exploring it properly now. Have already defeated the area boss as a phantom, which is cool. I'm looking for to those bastards.

I'm having a much harder time with this game than with the first, in particular rolling seems to have to toned down a bit. No problems there, though.

i think rolling now depends on adaptability/speed instead of weight, right guys? extends frames where you're invincible while rolling

Theoretically, but I think it's being investigated. Even those who've maxed it claim it not to be the lifesaver that DS1 rolling was.

You certainly still roll faster with a lower weight, though, but I've yet to be able to get it below 50%. xD

FromSoft is at it again! Good news to all you Dark Souls 2 owners; when Dark Souls 2 gets released on PS4/XBONE all other platforms get a free update which involves the following:

Existing Dark Souls II owners will receive a patch to implement these elements:

• Additional NPCs added for an enhanced story experience.
• Parameter adjustments for improved game balance.
• Augmented item descriptions.
• Improved online matchmaking functionality.

I mean, new NPC's! Tweaks! For free! Which developer ever does this? FromSoftware does, and they are awesome.
