For my next creation I've gone with Say, would you like to read Miriel's opinion twice in one thread? which is a treat as I'm sure you'll agree.

I previously ribbed him for this phenomenon when he won Worst Member at the Ciddies, and it has still continued unabated. Have you guys ever noticed it? As soon as Miriel posts her opinion in a thread, Del comes in and says the exact same thing. I don't even mean she says "I like the Hobbit" and he then follows up with "I thought the Hobbit was a good movie". I mean she will say something like "I really did not like the way they styled Bilbo's hair but Gandalf's beard was wispy and majestic which I LOVED!" and he will follow up with "Gandalf's majestic beard was lovely and wispy, but what were they thinking with Bilbo's hair?"

Can anyone say... whipped?

We all know Psy is a huge English 'football' fan. He claims his favorite team is Liverpool, but secretly we all know where his true loyalties lie. So now he can declare to the world that 'Manchester United is My Favorite Soccer Team'. I also made sure to use the correct word for the sport.

To be honest I think this would have been significantly more offensive to him any season other than this one. United are so gash this season that Pauw having their name in his EoFF username is pretty much the highlight of their season.

To be fair, there are far more effective ways to make Psy hang his head in shame than to mention Iceglow. I think Psy and Steve are pretty public about their love for each other, so it's not like it's really going to offend either of them.

Of course, there are even more ways to shame me so this is why I don't get involved in these matches. I vote for whichever person forces them to both lose. So, Team Citizen Bleys, then.

I pretty much agree with Dan. I have to wonder whether you knew these football facts by yourself (I knew of your baseball team through Kirobaito telling me so about ten years ago) or whether someone told you. Also to be honest with you, I'm so used to video games in the 90's calling it soccer that I am pretty much immune.

Since this battle is purely between the two, it seems unfair to put the pressure of their advancing on supporters, but I suppose that if the contenders want to name a fighting champion a la Game of Thrones, it could be added as a round. As for my name: I catually consider myself quite lucky that I was able to find someone to love who shared many of my same views. This name is more of an honor than a shame! Our reign of terror in the staff forum was one of the greatest eras in the history of EoFF.
