The only thing I'd really want to change is the price of items and spells at all the shops, but since the PSP version of the game already did that I guess my real answer would be: Not a damn thing
That you have to level magic up as well as stats. I never minded the stats, it was kind interesting, but having to level Esuna up to get rid of certain status effects was annoying.
