Would you play a prequel?

Say SE decided to milk this gem of a game and decided to make a prequel starring the Dawn Warriors in their prime. Its still uses a job system and same 16-bit style. Would you play it assuming its released on something you would want to play it on?

Depends who you ask. You'd have to try extremely hard to impress me. You'd also have to create it in a way that people don't pirate it over the net. And even if you did nearly all stories follow good guys beat bad guys and save the day. The atmosphere/characters should be the main focus. Something I read over on another forum.
