Tellah is the better character since he has more of a story impact but I feel that FuSoYa isn't so bad he just arrived on the scene too late and was with the party for only a short while, so it seems obvious why he left less of an impact on the player. Though FuSoYa is the better party member.

FuSoYa actually has enough MP to cast meteor, so that gives him a distinct advantage in battle. Tellah is probably a somewhat better character though.

I always thought Tellah was a way stronger addition to the party than FuSoYa. When you had Tellah he was your main cannon. When you get FuSoYa he doesn't really outshine Rydia.

I like FuSoYa because he's well adapt in both White & Black magics. I wish FF would have a regular character who was like that (not the Red Mage, who's an adequate fighter, mediocre magician), but someone who's really boss in all magic, even if that means having little to no physical attack.

I might be mistaken, but does FFTA have that? I've yet to play it.
