What are some random NPC's in games that you wish you could see more of? Ones that showed an interesting character and made you wish they had a bigger role in the game?

I'm sure I could think of plenty, but the one I'm thinking of most right now is Momo, from Dark Cloud.



I would also say Morrid from FFIX.

Not necessarily a random NPC but once I finished Moira's sidequest in Fallout 3, I kind of felt like I finished the game as there just wasn't anything else interesting to do after her crazy requests.
