My partner was one of unfortunate ones that had all the nausea, etc. that can happen after dialysis. You just get over one and then you have to go back for the other. You are lucky in that sense.
Being that your brother is the one that will be donating the kidney for you, I think that you have a very very high probability that he will be a match.
