Basch is really one of my favorite characters in this game, he even edges out Balthier for me, I mean he's stoic, takes the trout given to him with dignity and some of the first scenes with him involve watching him cut down a whole platoon of guards and then performing a Quickening to blow up scout class airship. So this thread is dedicated to the awesomness that is Basch!
