What would you change?
I would make the characters more involving. They were solid characters but I wasn't as invested as I would have liked to have been.
I am split, I would either change the randomized treasure chests and just make them one-time events or I would overhaul the Bazaar to make it more user-friendly. I can't quite figure out which bothers me more.
True beauty exists in things that last only for a moment.
Current Mood: And it's been a long December and there's reason to believe. Maybe this year will be better than the last. I can't remember all the times I tried to tell myself. To hold on to these moments as they pass...
Yeah but it has such an awful UI since if you want to make sure you get the right item you have to make sure to put in all the items for the recipe at once.

I'd make the beginning part of the game the whole game because that was the most interesting part.
Only one change? Eh, that's hard. There are so many things I would like to fix.
I guess I'd fix the game's atrocious pacing, that's easily the worst aspect of it.
Wolf, if you need to adjust the Bazaar, I suggest taking a page from FFTA2's book. The Bazaar is implemented so much better in that game.
My friend Delzethin is currently running a GoFundMe account to pay for some extended medical troubles he's had. He's had chronic issues and lifetime troubles that have really crippled his career opportunities, and he's trying to get enough funding to get back to a stable medical situation. If you like his content, please support his GoFundMe, or even just contribute to his Patreon.
He can really use a hand with this, and any support you can offer is appreciated.
While I really disagree with Sky about XII overall, I also think the pacing could use some work If they added in some spontaneous character interaction like in Xenoblade Chronicles, that would have been incredibly awesome.

If I could change one thing about this game, I would change how many people whine about it being "broken". Just shut up. This game is amazing, exactly as it is.
The licence board didn't allow you to diversify your character's traits and abilities enough. So that.
Staring at my sig will not induce epileptic fits.
A themagicroundabout sig, by themagicroundabout.
Hmmm....
I love the game, but I do agree with pacing. Also, what Skyblade said about party chat (I assume by this he means the characters communicating whilst fighting or wandering around) is a pretty swell idea as well; they are pretty mute most of the time.
The treasure chest system, whilst novel, is infuriating because if there's something you really want, between the chest being gil, the chest not being there, and the item not being the item you want, you get a 1% chance sometimes. The agony.
The game goes too long before giving you better offensive magic to use and gambits to pair it with. More gambits from the start, or better magic to diversify battle. But there can be only one... Highlander!... coin toss happening...
More magic options scattered throughout the earlier sections of the game.
I'm gonna think about this and get back to you. I refuse to say something unless I can supply a viable alternative, but right now I can't. :/
Let me take the camera controls off of inverted please!
I would love to get a version where the voice audio is uncompressed. PS4 Ultimate Blu Ray Edition here I come!
Also, Kyle hit another big one that Gambit availability should not tethered to your progression in the game.
The only other thing that really bothered me was how the Technicks are grouped together in a corner of a license board, forcing you to go to work your way through unwanted Technics just to get one you want. It should've been spread out since they each make sense for different roles.
Okay, I know that's four things I would change but they're all pretty minor. What can I say, this game is about as close to perfect as it gets (as I'm sure Skyblade would agree!)
