Its because London is full of utter scum so unless you want to go to a pub where you will be bottled about 4 minutes after walking in then go to a fancy shoes pub.

Don't get me wrong, I own some fancy shoes, but that means I gotta pack more than a backpack. I rock my suit and kicks, it's a great smart casual look while I'm young and attractive, I don't want to be dressing like I'm overcompensating.

In terms of temperature, I find the English Spring hot for me. I can barely cope with Summer. Anything hotter over 25C and I start struggling. Hell anything over 20C is pretty hot for me.
