I freaking adore Memphis Dry Rub pork ribs.
And pulled pork is only good if it's been smoked in a smoker. None of that "oh you can get the same effect from a crock pot!" bs.
I also love burnt ends with spicy BBQ on a piece of white bread, topped with cole slaw, dill pickle slices, and pickled jalepeno.
