What do you like to eat in winter?

There's a new summer food thread for the lovely northern hemisphere folk who are finally approaching their warmer months, but what about for us southern hemispherians?

Personally, I'm looking forward to more of the delicious honey mustard chicken casserole I make and lots of apple pie/crumble for dessert. And maybe some more pudding - bread and butter, sticky date and chocolate are all personal favourites.
