What do you have against Canadians, Payne? You... you have some stuff you need to work out, there.

In any reasonable scenario, Whit's credibility is already completely shot. His testimony would be stricken from the record, and he certainly wouldn't get a chance to explain away inaccuracies with a second try.
Fortunately, Ace Attorney is not a reasonable scenario.
My friend Delzethin is currently running a GoFundMe account to pay for some extended medical troubles he's had. He's had chronic issues and lifetime troubles that have really crippled his career opportunities, and he's trying to get enough funding to get back to a stable medical situation. If you like his content, please support his GoFundMe, or even just contribute to his Patreon.
He can really use a hand with this, and any support you can offer is appreciated.
Okay, we're back into this Let's Play! We're going to continue Whit's testimony. He's going to give us a new artwork! Oh joy!
Payne said it best.
At least his timing has shortened.
Doesn't look any different from the last drawing.
Get ready for it...
...
IT IS A MASTERPIECE!
ART TAKES TIME!
What do you think this? A smurfing game?
Yes, why should we continue? Because the guilty verdict has not been said yet! Thanks, Payne!
That we do!
Not a waste of time!
Don't it is so, Judge! D:
Our assistant steps in to save the day!
Believe in yourself, Apollo!
Yes! (SPOILER)Parrots, whales, and ghosts to name a few.
Let's be careful with what we present!
Gawd Apollo! Give the poor witness a break!
Well, apparently this new testimony from Whit is rather short and vague, so we're going to need to press harder this time around. We select "Press harder".
*Slams desk*
Adding to the testimony that last statement. We have something to get him with.
Whit's resisting.
So I guess that makes Apollo the 1%?
He claims it's perfect. We're going to prove otherwise with the murder weapon.
We caught him on his lie!
All the information on the pistol contradicts the drawing and Whit's testimony.
OHHHHH!
How can you explain that!?
A rather astute observation, Whit. btw, it's magic.
At this point, Whit faints...
And so we take another break from our trial! What will happen to Whit? Will Apollo turn this trial upside-down? Or will Payne finally get that guilty verdict? We'll find out next time!

IIRC this takes place after Apollo Justice and the jurist system is in effect. Not that it has any influence on gameplay.
We're back inside the lobby! This may be our last break before the final showdown with our witness, who is turning out to be our killer in this case! Let's see what's going on!
It's true! Trucy did save us! (I also hope you caught that pun in her name. )
Our witness was a lousy witness.
We'll figure it out when we get back inside the courtroom!
And Mr. DuGalle creeps in for a visit!
He doesn't like being called that name.
DuGalle seems to be enjoying this though.
He is absolutely right. We can't get him without proper evidence against him.
Playing with his hair before he answers.
See! I told you he doesn't like that. He's secretly plotting to get rid of Trucy. (not really)
DuGalle to the rescue this time around?
Oh, I hope not!
Oh, phew!
This should prove rather helpful against Whit!
Duh, Apollo!
DuGalle leaves at this point.
Look who shows back up again! It's Hobo Phoenix!
That one hint?
Phoenix sure loves his riddles.
Can we really trust a hobo?
Even Apollo is having troubles trusting a hobo.
And just like last time, he leaves!
That's really helpful of you, Trucy! Glad to know.
And we'll be returning back to the courtroom for our final match with the evil Whit Ness! Next time in Let's Play Ace Attorney w/ pr00t!
