The question is do you want a sequel to FFTactics the original or continue the Tactics Advance series?
Tactics , cause I want more brooding politics and see more of Ramza's Ivalice.
Tactics Advance, it's more fun and doesn't take itself as serious and I love the various races!
Neither, Squenix should make a new series set in Ivalice not attached to either series directly.
Both, hey the more the merrier and then we don't have to argue over another Tactics Vs TA

True beauty exists in things that last only for a moment.
Current Mood: And it's been a long December and there's reason to believe. Maybe this year will be better than the last. I can't remember all the times I tried to tell myself. To hold on to these moments as they pass...
Can we get Tactics 2 in the vein of historic Final Fantasy sequels? Invent a completely new world, but carry over similar elements from the original game. I would love a FFT2, but after all the Ivalice Alliance crap I would rather they just start over with something fresh.

I voted the last option because, heck, I just want more Ivalice and more Tactics. Just get Matsuno on board.
I never got into Advance. FFT is by far my favorite FF game, so it would be great to see more of that world.
Tactics Ogre already fulfilled that desire to me and there is a lot of lore indicating that they do actually take place in the same world.
If I had to choose for the future, I would want more of a sequel to this. The Advanced games just don't do it for me.
My friend Delzethin is currently running a GoFundMe account to pay for some extended medical troubles he's had. He's had chronic issues and lifetime troubles that have really crippled his career opportunities, and he's trying to get enough funding to get back to a stable medical situation. If you like his content, please support his GoFundMe, or even just contribute to his Patreon.
He can really use a hand with this, and any support you can offer is appreciated.
This Skyblade offends me.

More Advance please !
Final Fantasy Tactics A2 was amazing
Couldn't stand like, two seconds of the original game.
I would play the hell out of a Tactics 2 that involved similar gameplay and a similarly dark plot, even if it wasn't a direct sequel.
Oh good I'm not the only one who prefers Advance over the original.
I loved FFTA because it didn't take itself too seriously and it was the perfect portable game to play for like ten or fifteen minutes at a time. This sort of thing just works better for handhelds (IMO) and I don't care about the story because I just want to build up my team and play around with jobs.
