Surely: "Buongiorno" (good morning), "Buona sera" (good evening), "Grazie" (thanks) and "Arrivederci" (bye) are very used expressions to intercact with people you don't know
Those are all great phrases, but around here we may need to know how to say other things like "Tifa is better than Aeris" and "Limit Break THIS!"
