I would give up the internet for a year if it would make them do a remake of VII, any form of remake, I have been waiting forever to see it come to fruition.

Why not. It doesn't matter to me if they screw the remake up somehow, the original game still exists and it shall forever remain the best game of all time so who cares.

THANK YOU, so many people say they will screw the game up but at the end of the day the original still exists, let them run wild with it for all I care, I just want to Omnislash in beautiful PS4 graphics.

Yes, as long as it's a genuine remake and not just a graphical update or something.

Combine XV graphics with X battle system and VII everything else, add new items, equipment, materia, monsters etc. and add new bonus content as well, if possible.

Alternatively just do a graphical update and release modding tools.

I actually thought the gameplay was pretty perfect the way it was towards the battle system... I could get behind something like having a sphere grid incorporated into it.
