Given that Ester was derided for being a female trainer, I'm picked Tifa as more girl power in Chocobo racing is definitely necessary.

My favourite NPC jockey was Flangeron who rode the white Chocobo, Albino. I much preferred him to that knob Shantiballs who rode the red chocobo, Blob. They were both dicks.
