Beginning of FFX when Sin shows up is so good I don't even know
Also the intro of Morrowind gives me chills and Vvardenfeels

This opening completely blew me away. I had never seen anything like it when I played this game, and I doubt anything has ever drawn me in quite like this opening since.
Also, all of Xenosaga Episode 1's cutscenes honestly. I know they were often way too lengthy for a game probably, but I found them all fascinating. Any scene with Albedo, Margulis, or Wilhelm really stuck out to me, I think. It's hard to narrow it down more than that.
I liked a lot of Xenoaga FMV's as well
Xenosaga Episode III has a whole bunch of great ones and the game is even nice enough to let you go back and watch them all whenever after you watch them through the game.
