I'd go for a network that has a solid history of good shows rather than taking a look at a snapshot in time!
I assumed the poll was currently. If it's all time, then I request my vote be changed to NBC. Or, someone who would vote ABC just vote NBC for me. Not that it matters, since this poll has an American Mid-Term Election turnout.
