I can somewhat relate because of NZ and their history with Rugby World Cups, but at least there are only about five teams capable of winning that contest any given year! The reason why Brazil is butthurt is because the last time they hosted the World Cup they lost at home and it became this huge national tragedy (no seriously) and they wanted to avenge that and instead they got even more destroyed.

Not saying they're in the right to make it a huge deal, but that's why they, well, are.
