My order of preference is probably:

Suteki Da Ne (Orchestra Version) > 1000 Words (Orchestra Version) > 1000 Words (FFX-2 Mix) ≥ Suteki Da Ne ("Lake Scene Version") >> real Emotion (FFX-2 Mix).

A special mention goes to "To You (Kimi He)", a vocal version of Yuna's Ballad, which is played (SPOILER)at the end of FFX-2: Last Mission.

That's the best.

But if I can't choose that...1000 Words, and it's not even close. I like the melody of SDN but the singer is not very good at all. real Emotion is catchy and fun but that's it.

1000 Words is a lot more powerful and just flat-out more beautiful than the others. It's also used better.
