    Default PlayStation network issues

    Recently I was a victim of the fifa hacker. I have tried calling PlayStation support, and have been disconnected 4 times. My question is kind of simple, if I create a new aunt and everything would I keep all my dlc and trophies....kinda don't think so.

    Yeah I doubt it. Try their online text chat support or send an email if you can't reach them.

    They don't have email they say they "want to help with your experience with a live person".

    Try the live text chat then, I heard they're supposed to be pretty responsive.
