Ignoring necessary things (like groceries) and sort of work-related expenses (like the bound manuscript I had printed for my sixth novel edit), the last thing I bought myself was probably... man, I'm having real trouble thinking of an answer. Maybe the ticket I bought for The Lion King musical that I'm going to see in a few months' time. I bought that ticket like a month ago, but I can't think of anything I've bought since.

Outside of groceries etc... airline tickets to Thailand for the honeymoon. Been saving up for this for quite a while now (and will be paying it off for a couple of months to come) but I'm confident it'll be worth it.

Oh, I lied, my most recent purchase wasn't my camera kit - that was in April. My most recent purchase of fun stuff is a ticket to see Brand smurfing New later this year, and I'm so excited. I've been a fan since I was twelve years old, and they are one of my last remaining bands on my bucket list next to David Bowie and The Cure (The Killers and Fall Out Boy are there, too, but not as important).
I've considerably cut down on attending concerts in the past two years or so, but this is potentially one of the last chances for me to see Brand New and I couldn't pass it up. Can't wait can't wait can't wait!
Just ordered this! I've wanted to watch this show for ages. I really like Cillian Murphy as an actor.
And Tom Hardy is going to be in the next series.
