Moogle What do you mean I have to turn into a Frog?!

One of the things I really thought was an interesting idea with this game was how certain jobs and skills were required to actually continue on, hell I just liked the fact Mini and Toad were still useful spells to be honest. The reason I liked this was because it really incorporated the job system in ways that go beyond just finding new ways to bash and nuke the enemies and instead made each dungeon or certain bosses have their own unique flavor if you will.

What about the rest of you, was this a neat idea or are you happy it never survived very long after this entry?

I liked the idea of the Toad & Mini spells, even if I didn't put them to too much use. I really liked it in Super Mario RPG when they would turn you into a mushroom or scarecrow.

With the clunkness of changing jobs in the original it kind of always was a pain in the ass to me. But I think the concept itself is pure brilliance.
