I can whistle amazingly. But I can't do it with my hands.

I can roll my tongue.

And I can blow bubblegum bubbles.

Plus, I can touch my nose with my tongue. And not just a little - I can go all the way, if you know what I mean

I can curl and twist my tongue, and I can whistle. Can't blow bubbles with bubblegum though. I think it might have something to do with the fact that I couldn't have bubblegum while I had braces during three years of my prime bubble-blowing teenage years.
