That is... a relief to know.

One of my employees is doing a no-carb diet (though she is kosher on artificial sweeteners if they are low/no-carb) and without any crazy business - just a vitamin supplement to fill the gaps and some suuuuper relaxed workout that is probably less strenuous than what I do every day at work - she's lost a bunch of weight every time she's stuck with it simply because her body converts the fat to energy instead of the carbs it would get otherwise.

I'm not "fat" by any stretch of the imagination, but it couldn't hurt to tone. I JUST LOVE GRAINS SO MUCH AND THIS STOMACH AGREES
