Sometimes I drink lemonade. Occasionally I eat a gummy.
This is the easiest challenge ever! Today is 02 June 2014 and for the month thus far, the only sugar I've consumed is what was in the orange I ate this morning. And, given that I doubt we're counting naturally-occurring sugars in foods (as opposed to "added sweeteners"), I'm clean so far.
I drink unsweetened tea and avoid soda like it's laced with anthrax.
I would not survive a no-carb challenge.
