    So, uh, Shorty... a lot of those fruits are like, extra sweet, and so that's still a lot of sugar. I mean, it's better than cane sugar and a hell of a lot better than processed sugar, but you should look at spacing those out!

    I will, silly! The blueberry, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries are frozen, so I can eat those at my leisure.

    See, I hate dieting because I prefer to make smart food choices. But, sometimes, I decide I WANT to make dumb food choices (processed, fried, etc.) and that's okay too. I'm coming up on the end of one of those dumb food choice periods (work is about to get easier again, I'll have more time to prepare food, etc.) and so this little challenge is a fun way to get this kicked off.

    Guys, I know there is sugar in fruit. This is specifically an additive sugars thing.

    I like some of them. They aren't ALL bad. I like to put them in hot tea as they dissolve better than normal sugar or honey.
