And then you will eat for the sake of eating, regardless of whether you actually "need" to or not.
See, I hate dieting because I prefer to make smart food choices. But, sometimes, I decide I WANT to make dumb food choices (processed, fried, etc.) and that's okay too. I'm coming up on the end of one of those dumb food choice periods (work is about to get easier again, I'll have more time to prepare food, etc.) and so this little challenge is a fun way to get this kicked off.
