This game is derranged.
Let's have all the prefects patrol all night every night! Even though they're students themselves and have school in the morning, smurf it, let's use them as slave labour! And hell let's stuff seven of them in the library! I mean, if we have five or six someone might still be able to get in!
Also I am convinced a giant squirrel is hibernating in the Restricted Section. I don't know why else Every Flavour Beans would be carefully stashed in various different locations throughout the library.
Oh, and a loading screen after unpausing it? That's kinda gross xD
That is a reasonable guess. It makes about as much sense as anything else that happens in this game.
