I can conclude from this that Shauna is being held against her will by Scotty via brainwashing. You spooked her when he was using his mind altering tactics which gave her a few seconds of relief. At which point you could see the terror in Shauna's Eyes as she realised what was going on!
Clearly I need to conclude that Scotty is up to no go, so needs to go down. I'll save you Shauna! Put em up Scotty, you going down!!

Looks like Sharky and Shion's son is old enough to move into his own apartment! So he's now a permanent resident.
