Ok, here are the events for today that has happened. Not really much, but whatever. :P
I'm introducing four new residents to Eyeson Island. Slenderman, Draco (D. Malfoy in game), Menma (from Ano Hana), and Terra!

In Mii News, there's a garden of Hydrangea that the islanders claim can grant wishes if you talk with them. Loony BoB was reported making a wish.
