Damn Annoying Camera!

Basically, I've bought GTA V for the first time, you know, because the price has gone down and god-damn it I love running over pedestrians.

But there's this highly annoying problem. Whenever I'm walking along with my character, the camera sort of jerks to the left as I'm walking. It's pretty damn annoying. The only way to keep the camera straight-on as I walk is to have my thumb glued to the right stick to correct the camera.

Oddly enough, it's fine when I'm in a vehicle or standing still. Just, 99% of the time, when I walk, the camera keeps jerking to the left which is so annoying!

Is there anything I can do basically?
